They deserve ZERO! I have 2 stories. Spring 2025, my vehicle needed brakes. My husband knew of the place by word of mouth. We brought our owns brakes for them to not install them. Without a phone call being made first they install their set of brakes and charged us more. The mechanic told us, "The brakes that we brought in were too small." We didn't receive a phone call prior to discuss the brakes situation. He charged us more and gave us back our brakes and told us, "You can take the brakes back and get most of the money back or break even on what the cost today" CRAZY WORK! John and Top Quality Auto Service has provided great customer with top quality service. John is very professional, honest, providing diagnosis explaination, quotes, and quality service completed on time and most importantly at a great price. Highly recommended for diesel emission issues. Dealership didn't diagnose, they only wanted to replace the dpf which wasn't even the issue. It was a broken wire. Sadly been chasing other emission issues and John has been on top of it, including nox sensors, egr, fuel injectors, brakes and an oil changes. I found this gem of a family run business in June 2025 and highly recommend.
