Top Shots Rentals

Thought I posted my review back in April but I guess it never posted.So I had to make sure any future customers know this is my NOW go to rental service! Website is very easy to use. Booked my rental relatively quick.Next day I was notified that my vehicle would unfortunately not be available. From the beginning Mitch was dedicated with providing a reasonable solution. That spoke volumes for me bc it showed how important the customer is to his business. I noticed that the Tesla was available on the dates I needed and asked if I could reserve and without hesitation was approved. Once I received my vehicle the car key was giving issues with starting and Mitch resolved the issue by replacing it that day with a new one. If I could give more stars, I would. I’ve been to dealerships that don’t provide this level of cleanliness or customer service. The reservation and pickup/drop off processes are much more simple than all of my past rental car experiences. If you are renting a vehicle, you have to choose to do so from Top Shots Rentals! I can’t wait to get the opportunity to ride around in style again!

I Rented the 2017 Toyota Corolla for a quick weekend visit. Booking was easy and pickup was contactless. Car rode great and customer service was excellent. Highly recommend Top Shots Rentals!

Customer service was very good and professional. Had some last minute changes to my travel and was arriving later than what I initially told them. After communicating my delayed arrival, staff was extremely understanding and professional. I was still able to get the vehicle with no problem and it was extremely clean inside and out! Definitely a great company to work with if you’re in need of a vehicle short term

Mitchell was super friendly and helpful. The TESLA is a good time. 1st time Tesla user and I would for sure rent again.
