Not originally from this area so a trust worthy mechanic was hard to find. Just as I thought I had found one, a wrench was thrown in. 08 Saturn Astra 159100 miles. Catalytic converter going bad. Battery dead. Night time, not too many places to go. I was charged $169 for a battery I know did not have to cost that much. By the he was done, I paid $200 for this. The kicker is this mechanic was the one who told me catalytic converter is goin bad. Go figure. Well I live and learn. On to the next one.

Speedway just took over the Hess station on Rt. 10 in Roxbury Township NJ. Hess was my go to gas station. Good gas and good service. So I decided to try Speedway. TERRIBLE GAS. What should have lasted me five days was gone in two and a half days. I will never purchase gas there again.

I go here for kerosene all the time. This is the only station in Morris county that has kerosene. It's only $8 a gallon. Walmart or home Depot is charging $13 a gallon.
