Like most, i have put off maintenance of my vehicles. I have used this shop 2x in last yr for maintenance of my Tundra and Acura MDX and will be taking my vehicles to them in the future. Very knowledgeable and OEM parts/fluids! Great service with even better people! Highly recommend Top Tech Automotive!

Driving from Ohio to Disney World in Florida, my van decided it needed a rest. Top Tech Automotive in Cleveland, TN, stands out as an excellent repair shop for automotive needs. I found myself in a tough situation when my van started having issues while I was driving. After pulling off the exit on I-75, I ended up in a gas station parking lot where my van completely died. It turned out I needed a new alternator and battery. Unfortunately, Top Tech Automotive wasn't open on Sundays, which meant I had to wait until Monday to get my van repaired. When we arrived at the shop, my grandchildren shared with the crew that we were on our way to Disney for their first visit. Beware Top Tech quoted me over 800 for a repair telling me I had to replace the window motor. I told them we were in college at Lee University and we were really short of funds. I asked for my car back. The manager charged me close to 200 for checking my car out. He said he had to pay his guys. It probably took him 10 min to check out. I took my car to Midas for a second opinion. They said my motor was fine and charged me under 300 for the entire repair. Top Tech will take advantage of you once they have your car.

These guys are the best! We're traveling home and had problems on the freeway. I called and they said come first thing in the morning. They fixed my jeep for a very good price and sent me on my way in less than an hour. Also very friendly. I wish they were closer to home, I'd use them all the time!!

While traveling from Ohio to Disney, our vehicle broke down. AAA towed us to Top Tech Automotive. From the moment we arrived, the service and staff were absolutely incredible—super friendly, professional, and understanding of our situation. They quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed our alternator, replaced the wheel bearing and battery, and had us back on the road in no time! Thanks to their amazing work, we were able to check-in on time at Disney (we had a blast) and drove back home safely. They truly went above and beyond for us, and I can’t thank them enough. They deserve all 5 stars and more! I highly recommend Top Tech Automotive to anyone in need of honest, reliable auto repair.
