I was apprehensive about purchasing a vehicle until I walked into Top Tech Motors. Well, I called first and the gentleman I spoke to was so nice, available, and ready to get to work. When I tell you this place is amazing, honest, and they are about their business and not into tarnishing their name. Umer is the gentleman I've worked with and has continued to work with. When I had an issues, I would reach out to him and he is so responsive and accommodating, my goodness. It's really been a good while since I've had superb customer service like theirs. You can tell they are sincere and enjoy what they do. I've already been singing their praises to anyone who will listen. Go ahead and get you a car!! If I could give this dealership 0 stars, I absolutely would. We drove an hour to see a 2008 Toyota RAV4 that I was so excited about. I had my hopes up. I really thought this might be the car for me. Instead, I left feeling embarrassed, disappointed, and honestly hurt. The vehicle was in unacceptable condition. It was missing a headrest. The seats had holes and rips. There was a strong, unpleasant smell the second I opened the door. There was something stuck to the floor that looked like chocolate or worse. There were long scratch marks down the side of the vehicle. It did not look cleaned, inspected, or cared for. It felt like no effort was made at all. He is patient, down to earth and truly believes in making sure every customer that walks in the door will walk out happy. This is the first time i felt someone would actually put his customers first.
