I highly recommend Top Tier Automotive. Everyone there is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about their customers. Sam at the front desk is incredibly knowledgeable and very welcoming. Josh and Stacy, the owners, are also wonderful people. They were kind enough to allow my service dog to use their space for training, which meant a lot to me. Stacy even took time out of her busy schedule to meet with my dog and me for additional training. They also give back to the community by offering workshops to teach people how to work on their vehicles, which is amazing. Great service, great people, and a business that truly cares about the community. 10/10.

Would reccommend this shop a million times over!! Brought a 2020 Mitsubishi Mirage G4 in for a pre-purchase inspection as a first time client. I'm beyond impressed with the quality of service we received, competency and general knowledge from the employees, their willingness to fit us in late on a friday afternoon, and how personable the employee behind the counter was! Very welcoming atmosphere with super cozy seating and refreshments while you wait, it felt more like mandatory relaxation time as opposed to the typical stressful and uncomfortable wait you experience in most shops. I feel like any person from any walk of life could walk in and feel secure that they've picked the right place to take care of their automotive needs. We'll definitely be bringing our Mitsubishi back to them

Top Tier Automotive took care of my car, they fixed it up, service was wonderful, Sam the receptionist explained everything thoroughly and I'm very happy with the results. They are awesome and I'm glad I chose them to be my mechanic.

I had a '98 Jeep with plenty of issues. Top Tier Automotive gave an indepth inspection with photos and videos (very helpful) along with ranking what needed to be done first. This comprehensive approach was incredibly helpful. Already recommended several friends to also use Top Tier and will continue to!

my experience with top tier automotive was wonderful! i was on my way back home to minnesota and stopped in after having some issues with my car while driving. they were warm, welcoming, and super friendly. i’m not a car girl at all- they did a diagnosis and made sure i was informed of all the parts that needed fixing. i came in at 11am and my car was done by 3:30pm. i’m not from here but if i happen to ever have a car issue while i’m in the madison area again, there is no doubt that i would come back here. thank you to the lovely team at top tier. you live up to your name! :)
