First and foremost, Tommy is getting 5 stars! He came out to fix what I thought was just a tire issue, but after checking, he discovered the real issue. He didn’t stop there — he stayed an extra hour to fix my caliper! Tommy was professional, patient, and took the time to explain everything to me. He did all of this simply out of kindness, wanting to help, and I couldn’t be more thankful. Thank you so much, Tommy — it truly means a lot. Good people are still out there!

I was EXTREMELY pleased with Brent (Top U.S. Auto & Towing) and the professional and friendly service he provided!! I was in need of a tow after an accident and he turned a horrible experience with AAA into a pleasant one. He, also, went above and beyond (the tow) when I asked him an unrelated question about my other vehicle - his suggestion was spot on and I was able to get the issue resolved. I am very grateful and have passed along the great service I received to my family and friends!!😁

Got my first flat on i95 and Brent's service was even better than excellent. It's New Year's Day so it's incredibly busy and I was not at a specific address but I was kept updated the entire time and Brent was able to find my location in the middle of 95! The tire change was quick & painless. What was very cool is that I mentioned I don't know how to change a tire (I know, i know) but wanted to learn. He explained and illustrated the entire process to me, which was just very nice. Beyond the technical aspect and being knowledgeable, Brent was very kind and I appreciated his positive and helpful attitude. A funny start to the year but as Brent said, "when life gives you lemons, make lemonade"! Thank you for your service and for being a silver lining of an inconvenient situation!
