TOP WASH AUTO SPA

Either I experienced an "off day" for TOP WASH AUTO SPA or all the reviews are possibly fabricated. I've been searching for a new hand car wash. I drive a a few miles, waited for over an hour and paid $40 plus tip for my SUV that was not cleaned well. Waiting in a car wash line, is not the issue. If you are like me and don't mind waiting to get a hand car wash, you know that comes with process. But the hour was from when I exited my vehicle and entered the waiting area. TOP WASH is very modern a clean. That is the only reason I have it 2 stars. Please view my pictures to understand why I won't be going back. I also took a video of more missed spots but it was too large of a file to upload.

I came in with an extremely dirty car that was in dire need of a wash! I decided to get the deluxe wash! This was quite a unique experience! The workers are professional and did a wonderful job! The waiting area is a vibe and I felt very comfortable! Would definitely come back!

I had an excellent experience here! The staff was friendly, professional, and extremely thorough — my car looked spotless inside and out. The wash was quick without feeling rushed, and they paid great attention to detail, especially on the wheels and interior. Prices are reasonable for the quality of service, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to anyone who wants their car looking brand new

Great looking new auto spa by south loop. Wash was detailed & spotless by friendly staff. Love their chic waiting area…with very nice variety of complimentary refreshments. I think they’re offering 20% off at the moment so go check them out.

This is my second time visiting them. They are respectful and hardworking, and they offer many car wash services. I got the special service for $25, and I really liked the results. Definitely a place worth visiting and recommending.
