Top Wash

I love washing my tow truck over here. Bays are always clean, houses are all in tack so you aren't talking a shower while your cleaning your car or truck 😆 right amount of product always comes through the lines.

So far 1 star...stopped in to wash my car and give it a nice finish but never got started. I used my card and stopped it at 5 minutes. Grabbed the wand after selecting tire wash. After 20 seconds it just stopped. Looked at the display and it said it wanted me to insert $3 in coins. Tried it again...my card with 5 minutes. Did the same thing AND charged my bank card a total of $10. Called the number on the sign and it connected me to a Google number. I left a message with my name, number and situation about 40 minutes ago. Selected chat about 30 minutes ago and still no response. Questioning if this is a business. Doesn't seem to be ran like one when you have an issue. Hey Top Wash, I'm still out my $10 and would like it charged back to my card.

I used my credit card ($5.00) and got all the time I needed. I was done after 12 minutes, and the clock was still running. (Looks like I ended up spending more than $10, so I guess the fee clock runs until you stop. Makes sense, wish they had a better description of that at the wash bay)
