Wonderful place and worth sticking to them and be their loyal customer. They provide you the best service within their availability in such professional and responsible manner. If whatever you paid them to repair causes additional regarding malfunctions(that were not present at the moment, especially with my car being a super old car), they sometimes even do the works for free, charging the minimum necessary and additional parts and works. In my case, they would waive some parts and labors on my AC works, and they did not charge me of their 9 hours labor on my engine and starter issue. Fast, friendly service. Guys were able to get me into the shop quick and back on the road same day. I had 2 problems which they were able to quickly diagnose and fix. Great, friendly staff who explained everything thoroughly. Would definitely use again. As with any service, you get what you pay for. Better to pay a bit more and get the job done right the first time, by a company that is reliable and thorough. Thank you gentlemen!

These guys were awesome! I had 2 other shops tell me how bad my car was. One said it was the water pump for $2800 (I'd already paid him $1400 for check engine stuff) and the last one said I had a blown head gasket and it would cost me $12000! Yikes! I cried my eyes out! Then I found Top Wrench to get one more opinion. Man, I'm so glad I did! Scott took my car in the next morning and got back to me that afternoon! Oh, AND good old fashioned customer service, too. Scott was kind enough to take me home! The good news is that they went from front to back and found much less wrong and nothing serious!! Scott kept me informed by calling me, too. Top wrench and the mechanics and management team are truly a blessing to the car maintenance Industry. Aside from regular car maintenance they have assisted me with two of my vehicles three major times since they are nearby, Work, that allowed me to not miss my 30 minute commute during the week. One was Grand marquis power steering, went out on the way to work fixed the same day. Two was tire repair and maintenance. third was my 2000 pathfinder that another shop wanted to charge me per hour to check electrical connections. The distributor was diagnosed to be the problem. Part was ordered for that vehicle and fixed and is still running over 200,000 miles. They’re definitely a step above all the rest for all your automobile needs and repairs.
