My family & I have had our cars serviced at TOPNOTCH AUTO DETAIL several times. I must say we all agree they are totally awesome!!! We arent good with names but the owner as well as his staff are both friendly & professional. Our cars go in a complete mess & come out unbelievably clean,fresh & like new. We are pleased to have TOPNOTCH in our neck of the woods.

Used to be a regular here and was detailed first 2 times. Service started declining with everything being half cleaned especially windows. They also used too high of pressure on the pressure washer to spray the side of my truck and cause my rock guard to get cut from it and peel up. I would have been ok with it if they would have told me that an accident happened, but failed to do so. I would always tip $20-60 too. The final straw is when I stop buy for a wash and was told to come back later that day. I came back and was told they were slammed if able could I come back once again the next morning on Saturday and they would do it first. I had an appointment for 9:30 one morning. I waited until 10:00 and nobody showed up. I called then at 9:45 and left a message. His wife called me back at 10:00 and said he wasn't coming. That because it may rain later that day there was too much moisture in the air and the wax wouldn't be able to setup for him to be able to buff it off. I told her I owned a body shop in Florida years before and had 13 trucks on the road doing this and that was the craziest excuse I ever heard. I also said why didn't he call me and cancel because he had my phone number. She didn't have an answer for me.

Not a good car wash!!! They sprayed da inside of my car with i dnt kno wat but turned my dash board white windows had spray all over them wasnt a nicc job!!! I want go back. Wasted my money...
