EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! I'm blown away by the team at Tops Towing & Garage! November 7, 2024 while driving on US-33 in Zanesfield, OH, I experienced a nightmare scenario - both trailer tires fell off! I called Tops Towing, and they promptly dispatched a team of 5 professionals who expertly unloaded my trailer and towed it to their shop. The next day, they had my trailer fixed and ready to go - all at a very reasonable price! The staff, particularly Tim and Chelsea, were friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Super friendly and helpful! Even in -5° weather came out to assist as quickly as possible. The dispatcher I was in contact with was a huge help and was in constant contact with me. Would highly recommend!

Called Ace Towing and he recommended Tops Towing. Talked to the office and Tim. Text my location and pictures of the task required. Sent a wrecker right away. Took a while to arrive (I was in BFE after all), however once there Tiffany and (sorry I didn't get your name) came up with a game plan and got me back on the road. $1165. Well done team.
10/10 friendly, reasonably priced, and helped me out at 1 am after work when I slipped on ice and got stuck in a ditch, genuinely awesome people working here, thank you so much guys
