My mother-in-law was visiting last weekend and asked (last minute) about having her car detailed. I called Brooke at Torres when they opened at 9:00 and we dropped her SUV off at 10:00 and it was ready before 5 … looking 👍👍 ⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️ LIKE NEW!! We were so impressed! My husband wanted to have our cars done so we dropped his car off on Monday - pictures below of his 10+ year old car that is not garage kept 🫣 we take my car next week!! It’s so worth it! P.S. I read the other reviews and can’t fathom anyone receiving poor workmanship or anything to complain about. It was top notch! The gas tank area is even pristine 😳 I don’t know how they did it.

Did 2 cars within a week here. One car was perfect inside and out! Was very happy… However, my truck was not so lucky. The inside was incredible. I was very happy with the inside, but the outside looked like it was done very quickly. I was told when I picked up my truck if you don’t like anything please call us and let us make it right. But when I did call to complain about the poor wax job, the man on the phone wasn’t helpful. He called himself the district manager, but said he would have to call the owner to see what could be done about it. He then looked up how much I paid and said I was given a discount and should be glad. He was pleasant, but I disagree with him about being happy with a less than professional job. Just disappointed with my exterior cleaning…
