Torres Auto repair

This place held my car for 3 WEEKS!, every time I called for an update they just kept promising me it was getting done, It was a regular part change nothing like a crazy rebuilt or anything but they kept telling me they the same thing I finally visited the shop right after I got off the phone to check if they were actually doing it and my car was literally PARKED WHERE I LEFT IT. Needless to say I was beyond upset. 3 WEEKS gone Countless Annoyances for people who have to let me borrow their car or drive me and my car isn’t ANY better. how is this acceptable. (Even calling them every time was a hassle I’d ask for the mech who was working on my car and they’d hang up without asking or telling me a thing they just expect you to let things go and hope the car is going to get fixed) Guys do n
