Total auto care

Brought my 2012 Ford Mustang in for a check engine light that was lit, found that it was just a loose wire on a fuel injector from a previous repair. Within 2 minutes I was back on the road and running great. Was extremely pleased with the friendly care and service, and pricing was very reasonable. Will definitely do business with again and highly recommend. 👍

I have been doing business with total auto care for 5 years. Had to bring my vehicle in today for engine light and running bad. Quick and reliable service and fair price as always. I recommend this place for all your car care needs. Kirk is a very straight forward and honest mechanic.

I’m pretty new to the city and so I was nervous about finding a new mechanic. This is the only place I will go from now on. Most mechanics would see me and be like oh let’s overcharge for the most random things. Not only did he take care of a lot of things wrong with my car for free. He also made me feel very comfortable with leaving my car. I’ve had no problems since I got my car a couple weeks ago. These guys are great.

3 weeks ago I brought my 2018 Silverado in to have the evaporator core replaced which was diagnosed by another shop, a job that was to cost me $1500. I called Total Auto Care who gave me a lower price to do the repair. Two hours after I dropped the vehicle off, I received a phone call from Kirk with good news. He had found that the problem was not the evaporator core leaking but a component that ended up costing me 1/3 the price of the repair. Just wanted to say how much I appreciated his honesty when he could have just charged me for the repair I requested. Instead, he went above and beyond to verify the actual problem and saved me nearly $1000. We will doing business with him again.

Like everyone else I looked at the reviews on Google and I thought hey he sounds like a good mechanic so I had a misfire I had to fix now while he did fix it pretty fast the price was normal about 1700 but what happened after getting my car back exactly 2 weeks after having my car home the alternator went out! Weird right? So obviously I had to get that fixed too that cost 1300 but you had to go through my A C which I DID NOT want him to do but he said he had to right and .my ac was always SUPER COLD no problems at all then AGAIN after getting my car back 2 weeks later MY AC GOES OUT!! I called Kirk and he said he would look at it but started saying that it was maybe the compressor clutch which that's ANOTHER 1000 But what I don't understand is my AC WAS WORKING before him and after him
