Total Auto Parts and Paint

They seemed like great people, but the paint that they mixed for me based on my paint code was way off. I did not realize how off the paint was because I didn't have the vehicle. By the time I received the car, I had painted the parts with the color being way off. When I went back to the store with the concern, I received some push back at first about why I came back after using all the paint. Once I showed the pics, they understood and tried to mix me up new paint that would match. They could not get the right shade and it kept coming out with a green hue. I had the old fender and they tried scanning that paint to mix it but couldn't get the correct color mixed. I realized that I would not be able to get the product from the store. I did not ask for a refund, and was not ever offered one

Found all the paint and products I needed to touch up all the rust on my jeep and the front desk clerk was super helpful showing me what I needed to get the job done to a T!

Gerri and Steve were super helpful, they are knowledgeable with everything automotive. I cannot recommend them enough! Better prices than Big box stores! Great parts, great people and awesome prices. This place does paint too! Definitely will be supporting this small business! Come check it out!
