I just got my car back today after a neighbor accidentally backed into my car when it was parked. But I give this place a 10/10 they are phenomenal John Charles was excellent at informing me about what's being done to my car while they had it in their possession. The workers are fast and efficient. I highly recommend them if you need them to give you a quote to fix your car. Much respect to them and the company 💯

THEY ARE VERY EXPENSIVE AND RIP YOU OFF. I was in to get a battery check and they told me I need a new battery. They told me it would be $460.00 for a new battery with 1 year warranty. Told them, I can go to Belle Tire and get a new battery for $234 and 2 year warranty for cheaper, better battery make and another year on warranty for half the cost. This place is run by a bunch of armatures. They will not last in Toledo with customers that have a brain and common sense. They like to rip off the consumer. Don't go here if you want to be mislead. I have also seen other reviews on here. Of your bad reviews. Your business practices and not standing behind your work will cost you a bad reputation and business. Let me know how that works for you

Spoke with some techs at a few different midas centers around toledo. They all agreed your prices were outrages buddy. Only received 3 stars because the job was done correctly. Otherwise their pricing is absolutely ridiculous. I could buy the parts for a FRACTION of what they charge. 900$ for MANIFOLDS? THATS OUTRAGES. Are they made outta GOLD? You can buy quality manifolds for 400$s. Are you sourcing your product from Dubai and the Xtra 500 was shipping? Absolutely RIDICULOUS! Edit - I have never used my extended warranty before as that was my first and last experience with endurance. The "covered" components weren't covered fully because your pricing was 200% above endurance MSRP pricing chart they use. While your labor charge is fair. Your price of your parts is a joke. 110% would recommend this shop for any and all car repairs! Josh was super helpful and tended to my concerns with ease and helping me understand what all needed done on my car with showing and explaining, it wasn’t just upselling to make more money or profit, but what truly needed done to be in top condition- considering the age of my car. As a part time working mom, price is reasonable as well! I was in and out in no time and they had snacks to keep my toddler occupied, and coffee for myself which if you’re a parent, you know is a huge bonus!!

Guy named Christian helped me out. Friendly and got right to work. Had a coolant leak and all it needed was a clamp he figured out quick and got it replaced and didn’t charge me anything. Good guy and good place. I’ll be going there again 👍
