We were visiting the area from Ohio and camping nearby when I noticed a grinding from my brakes. I called Total Automotive on a Friday , and they were able to get me in right away and we're able to get me fixed up with new brakes. Turns out I had a bad caliper on one wheel and needed brakes all the way around on the rest. I feel they really saved our trip and was so totally grateful for them. They even gave me a ride back to my campsite to wait while they worked on it and come and picked me up. There were 4 mechanics working on it a one point to get it finished as it was a big job. Some of the nicest guys ever , especially Colin, thank you so much. Shows there are still alot of really good people out there.. Thanks again Bruce
I brought my 2019 Ford Edge here for what I thought was transmission problems. Thankfully it was not. The guys here called me with the findings and explain everything in detail and answered all of my questions. The pricing is incredibly good including their diagnostic fee being cheaper than surrounding shops! I am very pleased with the outcome and will continue to use total automotive for my car repairs
