Total Automotive

I knew to the area and have been looking for a repair shop for my vehicle. I received a flyer in the mail and decided to give Total Automotive a try for an oil change. I arrived at my appointment time and they were ready. This is a very clean professional looking facility. They have excellent equipment. The staff varies from younger staff to older staff so we got experience on site. I’m very pleased with the service that I received. I also found out that they have discounts for police firefighters and military to include veterans. I will be back for my alignment. Thanks guys keep up the great work.

Had a " noise" with no clue what it was... they diagnose and fixed wheel bearings going out . Had me on the road again safely. Can't imagine going anywhere else... I think they have been honest and fair.... however a glass of wine while waiting is always a plus, think about it !!

This place is so great! These people treat you like family. I was taken advantage of price- and time-wise at the other place I took my car, so I drove it here for them to look at. They had a diagnosis within a day and had it done within another couple of days. After they had it done, my car was still making a noise, so I took it back and they let me drive the car with them in it so they could assess more what I was hearing. They sincerely apologized extensively and had another diagnosis within a couple of days. They remembered I was a Tech student and gave me a discount. They also knocked the price down because they had missed the noise. After they fixed it the next time, the noise was gone. They even texted me a few days later to ask how my car was running and if it was still doing okay.

This is my 2nd trip to Total Automotive and I’m incredibly pleased. My first trip was a total surprise. I broke down on the side of the highway and only knew of them because I passed by the shop every day. I took a chance and had my car towed to them after hours. They were so gracious and kind. They repaired my car, keeping me up to date the whole time. This trip was for scheduled maintenance and was a breeze. They got me scheduled quickly and did the work efficiently. I’m new (er) to town, but I’m a customer for life!

Great service! I've taken 2 cars there a few times, and every time has been a great experience. They are great communicators as well as mechanics, which is rare. I would and do recommend to a friend.
