Couldn't recommend this place more. Earlier this year they were able to build and install a 1 piece driveshaft on my Tacoma, that worked flawlessly on a immediate roadtrip to Washington. Months later, and I moved to 35" tires. Brought the truck to them and within the day they got a cab mount chop done, for necessary tire clearancing, and squeezed in an alignment. Great service both times. They've become my go-to, even though I'm in Wyoming.

I had a great experience with Total Automotive. It was easy to schedule online, and the reminders and confirmation were very helpful. They were very accommodating when I had to reschedule last minute as well. I thought the customer service was excellent. They heard out my concerns (didn’t invalidate me as I’ve experienced with other shops). They had a quick turnout and did their research and answered my follow-up questions as well. I was initially surprised about the cost of the diagnosis, at $252. I know my last shop charged a $150 flat rate. However, when I came in they lowered the price all the way down to $100, which was very appreciated. I’ve taken my truck to Fort Collins 4x4 for both new tires and a bumper upgrade after a minor fender bender, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Their team is professional, communicative, and incredibly easy to work with. The work was done quickly and reliably, and the whole process was seamless from start to finish. I really appreciate their attention to detail and customer service. Highly recommend!

Fort Collins 4x4 is an exceptional outfit. Fantastic customer service, reasonable prices and very capable team. My 2003 MB G500 had a rusted (desintigrating) back cross member needing replacement at 215k miles, FC4x4 was able to cut it out, weld new beam, lift vehicle and customize exhaust for what I thought was a very fair deal. I have also used them for servicing and quick fixes (hood latch) and they have always come through.

Always a pleasure with this team, had some issues with my Tacoma and I unfortunately couldn’t afford the repairs but they gave me all the advice I needed to make it happen myself. They are honest, timely, and professional. Highly recommend.
