I’m very pleased with the services and level of work done to my 4Runner. My truck needed work and replacements and explained to me by Carlos and Josh. I was given updates during the entire process. Happy to drive a quiet and smooth-running vehicle for a few more years. Having work done on my truck at Total Automotive gives me peace of mind. The charges were very reasonable and they are trustworthy! This is the 3rd visit I’ve made for repairs to my 2003 4Runner 🤗

My A/C wasn’t working so I took it to Total Automotive and let me tell you it was the best decision I made. Turns out I had a very bad leak and they addressed it quickly. Thanks again I highly recommend!

Let me say, this team is outstanding great is all they do, I was referred to them by Marshall @big sticker, couple years ago when others could not fix my issue with my egr valve, Marshall sent me here and I tell you any problems I have with my vehicle I will always use Total Automotive, Carlos, Jose and the team is awesome

Had a car repair EMERGENCY!! My wife's car had a calibration issue ..it still runs fine etc. but she couldn't wait till next week for it to be calibrated..Carlos wound up being my Rescue Ranger..Great job !! Kudos to you and your crew..got me out of the doghouse!! Thanks Again..🤗 Well Carlos...you did it again..twice in one month !!! fantastic job...I know you were snowed under but took care of me anyways Thank you again sir !!!

Hey, if you guys want an amazing mechanic experience for your vehicle, this is where you wanna go. Carlos was absolutely amazing, super knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent customer service, and they got my truck back to her all her beautiful glory. 10/10
