Spoke to a representative who informed me I was given the wrong rotor style at the Riverdale location. I was informed at 5:15 that they have the part waiting for me to pick up at that moment. I made it to there store at 5:45 to them already had closed. Online says 6pm. I called the SawMill location at 5:50. She held me on the phone for about 7-8 minutes just to tell me her store is 8 minutes away but they’re closing. So now the car that’s being worked on, is going to be sitting in an illegal spot with no form of support from any staff of this company. It reminds me that people just look at others as money and humans with actual problems. I’ll let them woman who now has to figure out a different way to take her daughter to school these next few days, and her husband can take the train

If I could rate no stars I would. I went there as a female asking for a specific part for my daughters car. The guy at the front desk were very rude towards me, I waited nearly 20-25 mins for them to ask me "do i need help" . Showed them what my mechanic say I needed for my car. The guy snatched the paper out my hand while having a sweet conversation with someone else while I'm asking for help. So because I interrupted their conversation I received bad service .

Great place , nice experience and great employees

They sell quality parts just like AutoZone but, much CHEAPER prices than AutoZone. The staffs understands the research of precise parts you need even IF, it has to be ordered.
