This day I had driven around to all the 4x4 off-road shops in the nashville and surrounding area shopping for rims, I was less than impressed with most of the shops until finding Total offroad, to me the experience and the people are as important as the service they are providing and we had a great time.The rims look amazing and they seem to really take pride in the small details and are very knowable. I would highly recommend!! Honorable mention-Brian's Motorsports in hendersonville they also are super cool but are more the show truck oriented shop but they gave me there time with them knowing they didn't have what I was looking for.

I ordered a grille guard direct from Westin and they sent me a wrong part. Their customer service sucks so I went to Total Off-road and they were able to help me make a quick adjustment, so I was able to finish my project. The mechanics were knowledgeable and courteous, and Jerry and Jordan at the sales counter were cordial and prompt at getting me help.
