Rented a Cruise Americe RV from them, great time. Vehicle was ready when promised, they even turned the fridge on for me the day before so it was nice and cold when I picked it up. RV was clean, ready to go, Gregg took his time going through it with me to make sure I knew how to use it and take advantage of all the features that were available to me. I will be back to rent from here again. If you are going to rent one, call Gregg directly. Don't do it through the Cruise America website.
