Total Roadside Services

It was a Friday at 1PM. We had the misfortune of our RV braking down at Yee Haw Junction in central Florida. One might expect things would only get worse from there. But, everything got better after Coachnet road assistance contracted Total Roadside Service to tow us to their shop. Chad arrived to assist. He was the nicest guy. Chad packed me, my handicapped wife and my dog into his truck and towed us to his shop's yard. He allowed us to stay in the RV overnight. Saturday morning I was prowling around to find some sign of life. The shop was closed but Jeff the owner of Total Roadside Service showed up. I asked Jeff if someone would be able to look at my RV on Monday. He said, "I'm gonna take a look at it now. Jeff ordered the parts and his guy Russo showed up an hour later to

Tow truck arrived promptly and driver was knowledgeable. He made sure I was safe and did everything with care and was professional.

The only place around to be open and having the right tire size in stock and be able to come and help us at 12 midnight. We appreciate your help🤝🙏

Awesome service - I needed a set of tires replaced on very large 5th wheel that hasn't moved in a 2 years. No way were we going to move it before having new tires installed. I definitely wasn't looking to unmount them a couple at a time and shuttle them to shop to be mounted. Total Roadside Services was more than able to to come out to my location and mount SEVEN new 17.5 tires on my RV. They were able to make it happen the next day. The solo service tech that came out knocked out all 7 tires quickly and made sure I understood what he was going to do before he did it. I will definitely be using them again.

BEWARE!!!! These guys are thieves! I bought 6 new tires for my dually. One of them separated and they needed to replace it with manufacturers warranty. They asked if I would cover the costs until they were reimbursed by the manufacturer. I agreed ($400) After calling them for a couple of months, they said they were willing to reimburse me for $200. I disagreed with them and asked for a full reimbursement. They said they would call me back. That was over a year ago. No reimbursement yet. They will rip you off!!!! BEWARE
