Great mechanics. Integrity to the fullest. even the ladies in the office are super helpful. Jeremy goes above and beyond. They won't rip you off or try to nickel and dime you. Extremely straight forward and thorough. Would recommend them to anyone. Hard to find this kind of honesty and professionalism these days. total roadside is the absolute best.

Me and My Husband have had nothing but problems with total roadside, Multiple times we’ve taken our vehicles to get oil changes and they came back with no oil in it. My Husband’s truck had rims tires, lift and bumpers put on. They caused sensors to go bad and trying to say they can’t get them they are on back order when other mechanic shops in town can get it. They say all the sensors that are going bad on My Husband’s truck is covered under the warranty through total roadside, but Now we don’t trust them to take any vehicle up to them. They get vehicles confused for other people’s vehicles and problems. I do not suggest taking your vehicle here for any service.

Got a flat tire on my motorcycle while 100ish miles away from home without a repair kit, after calling I waited less than an hour for a driver named Chad Taylor to get to me and get me to the shop, couldn't of asked for a better experience

On 29 October 2020 in the evening my car broke down. I was really stranded in West Okeechobee on state road 70, traveling home to Jupiter from a work trip to Tampa. I called them for roadside service. The first young man came promptly – showed me what was wrong with my car and it was obvious that it could not be repaired at the roadside. He clearly explained the issues & was very sweet and polite. A tow truck needed to be called that came, he stayed with me until the truck came. The tow truck driver also arrived promptly, he went straight to work loaded up my car, and me, then drove me to my auto repair shop in Jupiter – 55 miles. He was also polite, sweet, a lovey gentleman. In what was a bad situation this really was an excellent experience. I would highly recommend Total Roadside
