Touch Free Car Wash

WARNING! WARNING! I used my credit card and it seemed like it didn’t read the card so I paid cash only to find out it did indeed charge my card and took my cash. It cost me $26 for a terrible car wash. I called their phone number and it immediately goes to a voicemail basically admitting they have issues and to leave your information and they will reimburse you but that was a month ago and still no reimbursement. The terrible part is I noticed the lady in front of me did the same thing with her card and than paid cash so it has me wondering how many people this happens to and this company is getting away with changing people double for a terrible car wash. Attorney General or class action lawsuit? Avoid this place at all costs!!

If this was car wash in Carrollton TERRIBLE!! CAR was still very dirty after I drove out! NOT IMPRESSED

Across the street from photo. Didn't get bugs off windshield or an oily splash off the door. I purchased the most expensive one and it didn't feel like it lasted as long as it should have with the extra treatment. I likely won't get premium again

Used to be a good wash. Underbody spray used to last a while and was effective. Now it lasts about 15 seconds and doesn’t have the pressure needed. Top wash doesn’t fully clean the vehicle either.

Do not recommend. Pay terminal did not offer change and would not print a receipt. The wash bay skipped most of the steps, only soaking and then partially rinsing my vehicle. The phone number displayed on the office door is deactivated. I wasted my money and still had to wash my vehicle again at another location.
