Touch Of Grace Auto Detailing

To call this outfit a detailer is a gross mischaracterization. I paid over $250 for the service and all I got was a car wash, basic vacuuming and (hopefully) a waxing. When I opened the tailgate, there was dirt and pine needles still present. The owner wiped it out with a cloth. The inner trim of all the doors were not wiped down. The tire rims had dirt and the seat had a small stain that wasn't addressed. I was told the tire dirt was "rust" that he couldn't get off and the upholstery would require a "higher level of service." First of all, the tire rims are aluminum (they DON't rust), and I cleaned them myself in less than a few minutes with a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser! I took my dad’s 1979 Trans Am in to get detailed and Sheldon did an awesome job!!! Above and beyond!! Definitely recommend if you have a classic car or any car this is the place to take it. I trust leaving my car and know the results will be great.

Sheldon at Touch of Grace did an amazing job on our car. Starting from the quote, he made sure we knew the benefits of the Paint Protection Film, the interior protection and the ceramic coat for the exterior. Once he saw our car and sent us a quote, he was able to schedule us right away and had the car finished when promised. It was even more beautiful finished than we thought it could look. When we picked it up, he went over the after care of the car, the best way to keep it looking its best and proper cleaning. Sheldon did a fantastic job restoring the interior of an old car that hadn’t been cleaned in who knows how long. He was transparent about the cleaning process and set realistic expectations of the final product given there was some damage to the leather and years of soiled carpets. When he was finished with the car, it felt completely different - clean and fresh. Now it feels good to be in this car. Thank you!
