Touchfree Automatic Car Wash

Be careful! DO NOT SWIPE YOUR CARD FOR A LANE THAT DOES NOT WORK. Card swiper will automatically charge card, $10 for each swipe. I was double charged for a total of $20, separate cards at the farthest lane to the left. (TIME OF CARD CHARGE: 12-06-2025, 6-7PM, silver 2001 mustang). There was no sign or cone placed, indicating that the farthest lane did not work. Services were not rendered. Both of my cards had unauthorized charges of $10.00 each. Others after me swiped their cards in this lane after me, and probably now have the same issue. I switched to the working 2nd lane, closest the air tunnel, and paid $3 to clean my vehicle. There is no contact information for a refund. Bad business. Seems like this is a common problem based on other reviews.

Expensive, credit card reader doesn’t work and no soaps in high pressure soap

Double charged my credit card. Checked my account & it showed correct $10 pending, now shows a $20 charge.

I paid for a $9 wash which was supposed to be the best one they have. I don’t have anything to say other than look at how dirty my car was after I went through. Complete waste of money, don’t use this car wash.

I chose the $8.00 car wash and charged me $10... It robbed me
