Touchless Car Wash

I am livid. This was NOT user error. I wash my car all the time and know exactly how to use these bays. I usually go to Scrubs, but they were closed so I came here instead. I selected pressure wash rinse and the spray gun violently flew out of the holder at full force before I could even react. It launched like a missile, whipped around uncontrollably, and slammed into my car multiple times, damaging my paint. The sign says “squeeze for pressure rinse,” but the gun was LOCKED. When I finally managed to grab it, I noticed what looked like a zip tie or makeshift restraint, not a proper locking mechanism. That tells me this equipment was rigged instead of properly repaired. After that, the gun didn’t even spray correctly anymore, which confirms it’s broken. This happened at stall 2 closest

Terrible car wash. Most of the sprayers are leaking. No phone number anywhere to call. Wasted money

Love the automatic car wash. Does a great job for under $10 for cleaning your vehicle. Very clean, well lit,and in a convenient location. It is great place to go since it reopened and is under new management. Also has an automatic ice machine for coolers on premise.

I really like this car wash... For one you get more bang for your buck. The place is always clean. And the location is great! Easy off and easy back on Major Drive...

As much as I loved coming to this spotless car wash/touch less car wash, one main problem I've been having here is the automated wash. Trying to pay by card has been a hassle to where it doesn't take card. This must assume that the automated wash doesn't operate effectively due to payment issues. Haven't seen any contact information for help. Another issue, I wish there would be other options to pay such as card payment for using the self wash as it currently uses "only quarters" for payment. Car wash is decent but is in need of being up to date with technology as it's almost 2025...
