No one wants to have their car towed, myself included. But these guys are just doing their job. My car was not damaged, everyone I spoke to was nice. They came there before opening to let me pick it up. These are good people!

Very unprofessional and rude company. My car was towed for being “abandoned” while I was out of town for a family emergency. They didn’t send any notice for over a month, and now they’re charging almost $1,000 in fees. No warning, no understanding—just attitude and greed. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Karma will catch up.

Lady was vaping and didn’t know what she was doing . James was rude and hostile . VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL

Absolutely the worst company ever! Taking advantage of a young woman with no parents to help her out, and such an unprofessional staff, doing rude things, swearing, vaping and doing such disgusting things! 3k for less than a week! Shameful, absolutely unacceptable. Do better.

The business runs a mafia like grip on downtown parking locations where you are fooled to think weekend parking isn't enforced. I found they have employed a spotter at the location who must be taking a cut reporting cars that mistakenly park in the spaces. We were there for 1 hour and in that space of time were immediately towed in a lot with at least 50 empty spaces. IF downtown Businesses want business, they had better get together with the city and outlaw this type of behavior. We will NOT be returning to downtown .
