Alex, is the best. He came out today and told us after a minor incident. He had the truck and trailer hooked up in 15 minutes max. He told me exactly what he needed me to do and there were no issues at all. He got us towed to the Kenworth dealership in record time. That man needs a raise! Alex, if you're reading this, you are the man! If you are a supervisor of Alex, I would strongly consider putting that man in management. He is meant for a big things in this life. Tow Pro was Terrific!!! We needed a tow for our motorcoach from PA to TN Miss April was super nice & got everything in order very quickly! Miss Amber also very nice called to double check details & they sent Pete out for the task. Pete was so sweet he took super good care of our motorcoach! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing a tow of any sort!! I know if we ever need a tow again we will be calling Tow Pro!!

Excellent service all around. My tow arrived within 30 minutes of call, handled my car with care, and dropped it off in the exact position I requested. My driver was very friendly and so quick! Great towing company.

I used my AAA so I can’t comment about the pricing, but I thought they were great. It took longer than originally stated, however, the driver called me and let me know when he was on his way. I understand these services can take a little longer sometimes and really appreciated the communication. They were very nice people!

They are scamming people out of money. Got two different prices, one from Amanda and one from Amber. Got a tow paid for at 10 am for $125 (2 mile tow) they tried to deliver it with no heads up at 2:13p. Called me ( I didn’t pick up) for two minutes straight and took the car back. I called the number back with no answer for an hour. Was informed that it was taken back by Justin. Was told to call the company and have it rescheduled that it shouldn’t be a charge. I called the company spoke to Ashley asking for a reschedule. She told me I’d have to repay for another tow. I asked I asked her why bc I was told it wouldn’t be another charge. Said she’d talk to the manager and call me back. She never did. Went to the office to pay after no call back. My car was already being sent back to my apartm
