I was just getting started on my trip, drove over a chunk of ice and sidewall blew out on my tire. They towed my vehicle very quickly so I could get back up on my way. Kelly did everything that he said they would do. He has honor and integrity which is something a lot of companies don't have anymore. In the event I ever need a tow around Christiansburg area again, he would be my only choice

I was on my way home to Arkansas and hit an object and had 2 blowouts and I called and Kelly picked me up within 30 minutes. He even called the tire shop and order my tires and ask them if they can put them on the same day. Best tow truck driver ever.

Kelly did a wonderful job getting my grapple truck out of a customer’s yard that was stuck in the mud. He was very fast, professional and explained everything to me as he went. Will definitely be calling him again 10/10 recommend!

I have used them 3 different times in the last few months on 3 different vehicles and they have been very good as far as being fast to pick up my vehicles and friendly. They are a little pricey considering how far they had to tow my vehicles but who isn't pricey these days.
