Unfortunately the shop did not identify our mechanical issue in the first visit and the shop released the car with the check engine lights on. We needed to return a second time when the vehicle broke down. After another repair the vehicle needed to return a third time due to a mechanical issue, and we were billed by the owner an additional $523+ for labor only. No tangible repairs were conducted at the third visit after replacing starter and battery. I would not rank this shop too high in terms of customer service. Finally, another shop was able to identify why the check engine light was on.

I own a 1991 Mercedes-Benz 560SEL, and the team did an outstanding job repairing the suspension—now it drives like a dream. Bill went the extra mile sourcing hard-to-find parts and made sure everything was done right. The pricing was more than fair given the scope of the work. On top of that, Bill personally picked me up from my home when the car was ready, which was a thoughtful touch and much appreciated.

I visited this mechanic after a flat tire emergency, and the service was prompt, but the $35 charge for just cleaning the valve seemed unreasonable, especially since no new parts were needed. Other places offer similar services for free or minimal charges. Disappointing pricing for the service provided.

This is my go-to place to get my car serviced. Joe and his team are quick and do a great job at a reasonable price. Never had any issues.

They kept my previous car running to almost 300,000 miles... always providing me with options and wise recommendations based on the age of the car and my appetite to keep putting money into it. I'm in a newer car now and I've moved to a different town but still go to Towaco Service for my needs. One time I did not almost ended badly. I broke down and had my car towed to the nearest dealership out of convenience. It took the dealer 2 weeks to diagnose. They claimed I needed a new clutch and transmission. So I towed the car to Joe and he had me back on the road in one day with only a new clutch
