Wonderful Tow Boat US branch. My family and I are long time TowBoat members and vacation to many different destinations with our bay boat and unfortunately have the occasional mishap. On this trip it was a water pump issue that left us stranded. The tow boat arrived faster than any in previous memory and Captain Kipp went out of his way to help get us back on the water so our vacation was not a total loss. I recommend Tow Boat US to anyone with a boat and especially anyone that boats on Clark’s Hill.
TowBoatU.S. Clarks Hill helped us perfectly when we were stranded in our boat. They were incredibly friendly and competent. Their primary concern was our safety and getting to us & helping us as quickly as possible. They were also careful with protecting our boat, and the fee was considerably lower than their competitors. We highly recommend this company for boating emergencies on Lake Thurmond/Clarks Hill.
This company was called out to help get the boat in that was having mechanical failure . That sat by watching and refused to help because of winds. Very disappointing they are only able to perform simple rescues.
