Horrible, horrible service! Don’t use them! They made me wait over two hours and claimed I was to blame because of their poor communication.Then, after the two hours called me to tell me that I would have to wait longer because supposedly driver was in an accident. Then, had the audacity to charge me now more and get money upfront. I asked for supervisor and was put on hold. Talked to supervisor just for them to tell me hold on while I wait to find a driver and still trying to charge me the same amount. I think it’s ridiculous that people like this have a business and get away with treating their customers in this manner. Plus the amount they charge is outrageous!
