My wife and son were stranded just 9 minutes away from this place of business. I called at 7:15 on a Sunday night to get help for them. The rang repeatedly. When someone finally answered, I told him my predicament, and he hung up on me. I called back, but no answer. I guess they don't need the business.

As a service member I am highly disappointed.I was charged for things they didn't mention and on top of that, I called at 6pm right after I got there from work and they said 30 minutes then they will be at my location. They showed up at 9:30pm not to mention communication was terrible. I had to call seven times to check on where the driver was, what was taking so long, and if they even remembered that someone was waiting on them. Upon calling the last three times phone etiquette was poor. The individual sounded the way I should have. No motivation. I was not able to see my daughter tonight due to the poor teamwork they displayed. Not only that, but now I am down an extra $100 because of pure greed from my perspective.
