Bought several vehicles from them in last 4 or 5 years, they always done right to us, helped us, and willing to work with u if u be honest with them. We always been honest to them. Great people, understanding people, they treat u like ur family. Would recommend this place to anyone. And have refered a lot people to the m. I trust noone elese.i go to them for all our vehicle needs.

I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from Town and Country Auto. The vehicle I purchased already had issues at the time of sale, and instead of addressing those problems beforehand, they expected me to continue making payments while the issues went unresolved. Their prices also felt unreasonably high considering the condition of the vehicle. I’m honestly lucky I didn’t end up stranded, though it felt pretty close to happening. Thankfully, I just returned the vehicle. If I could rate this place 0 stars, I absolutely would.

Had my car towed here after a wreck and when I went to get my belongings from the vehicle the guy at the front desk was extremely unprofessional and had given my car to insurance without permission from the owner. When I received my belongings multiple items were missing or broken. Would not recommend this company. If 0 stars was an option I would have rated them 0.

I needed to get my tire patched on my driver side rear on my truck, and when I got there, the owner or manager sent me to Junior. He hade me back my truck up, and he took the tire of. Then he proceeded to dismount my tire, and he used the machine to dismount the tire from the rim . He didn't air out the tire and remove the coil from the tire, and try to dismount it. Then he sat it on the ground over a rug and broke the bead of the rim to take it off. Then he decides to take a spoon bar & a tubeless bar. You only use the spoon bar and a tubeless bar to dismount a semi tire. When he got the rim off the tire, I noticed scratches on the aluminum rim. If you're new to tire mechanics, don't ever scratch the rim because of how you can get fired & and a lawsuit against the company. I've done tract
