Town and Country GM Parts

I recently purchased a car from John Donoghue and got a good deal and great service at time of sale. I was suppose to receive free oil changes with purchase. My wife called and scheduled our first free oil change. I just received a call from the service department canceling our oil change due to help. I ask when we could reschedule . He said he could not at this time and did not know when. I told him my oil life is at 9 percent. I guess I will just have to take it to Walmart and pay for it myself. It is just amazing this is my first time using my free oil change and they cannot do it. I am just wondering if I will get any free oil changes or just something offered on the cars to help sale the cars.

My husband and I recently came in to have our tires repaired because on a road trip to see our family in Florida, we were hydroplaning pretty bad. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming! They even allowed us to bring our dog inside since it was raining. Thanks so much for helping us out quick!

With the economy like it is I took my business to a local dealership. I wish everyday that I would have went to where I normally do. Spent 36K on a used piece of junk here. Certified cars from here dont mean squat. The rear air conditioner didn't work I didnt realize it bc i test drove it no one except the salesman rode in the back... by day 10 of owning it the check engine light came on. There were not one. Not two but MULTIPLE holes in the exhaust..im talking completely rusted through (not something that happens in 10 days) . I started on day 10 taking it back up there and the parts guy Mike ordered a part for me that took over 2 months to come in (by the way they never called me to tell me the part had even made it in) but it still wouldn't fix the problem.
