Town Fair Tire

Yesterday I called Town Fair Tire on Grove St. in Braintree in a panic. I got two flat tires hours apart. I called BJs two different locations, and they couldn't give me an appointment until March! I had the pleasure of speaking with Nate, who was so very kind, helpful, and informative. When I arrived, he was again super helpful, and went out of his way to help me. His positive, kind deamoner, professionalism, and above and beyond customer service skills were second to none. I had to call again today for a bizarre question and Tom went above and beyond to help me. Highly recommend Town Fair Tire in Braintree. They are awesome!!!

I had two flat tires. I called up Town Fair Tires & Tom the owner was so friendly on the phone. I went in he gave me a fair reason price on replacement. Due to the two front worn down tires, I had to change all 4. Tom explain in why they had to be balance in order for the tires to be driven. I don’t know auto but it sure made sense. Nate completed the transaction when I came to pick up my car. He was nice too, explain the color code of tires that need attention for later down the road. It’s was a pleasant experience without feeling the pressure on excess add ons. It’s was the quality experience you want that a tire should last & how customer experience should be! The service at this town fair tire was incredible, I dropped my truck off with them and they had my tires changed and alignment done before noon. I was upgrading to a set of A/T tires and was curious as to how they would look and asked Mark if there was a chance I could see the type of tire I was getting before they went on, he showed me my new tires and explained to me the benefits of upgrading to the A/T very well, as soon as I got into my truck I could feel the difference, it felt like driving a brand new car again! Wonderful service, a great team and very happy with the overall experience!

Town fair has some very professional and friendly staff. Nate, which is a sales associate there made i understood what was recommended and need. I highly recommend. Best tire prices i ever came upon.
