Brian was amazing! From the moment I walked in the door he helped. Initially, the tires I ordered were incorrect As well as the time frame indicated. Brian took the time to find appropriate tires in stock as well as educate on the timeframe necessary to complete the task. He remain professional, polite and pleasant throughout the entire experience.

I have used Town Fair Tire many times over the years, and have never had an issue. Today I had two new tires put on, and a tire rotation and everything was great. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, (with a shout out to Brian!) and work was done quickly. Very easy ordering tires on line and scheduling an appointment-I’ve always been able to get my preferred day and time range. Great prices too- I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

love coming to this town fair tire. great folks. got help this most recent visit from Brian, who went out of his way to say hi the second I came in, immediately handled all the important prep work, and took care of everything for me promptly. The second work was done he gave me a call and handled finishing my appointment with professionalism and kindness. Will continue to come here as long as people like Brian represent the standards that Town Fair stands on!

I had a fantastic experience at Town Fair Tire. The gentleman that helped me was Brian. He has excellent customer service skills, as do the rest of the team in Walpole. Brian always called me by name, explained everything so that I could understand and was timely and polite during check out. Highly recommend!

I stopped in to use the air gauge, and Norm offered to check all four tires even though only one needed air. We found a nail in the tire, which is why I had stopped in the first place. He pulled the car into a bay right away and repaired it immediately. I highly recommend Town Fair Tire in Walpole for the quality of work and the level of service. Thank you, Norm.
