Appreciate the honest and reliable help from Marlon and John. Since my first call with Marlon discussing help with my tires after having 12 hour long tires suddenly Give out due to the rim pushing on the tire he has kept it honest. John as well offered to assist me after the diagnosis as quickly as possible as I try to get my money back from another retailer. Next time I’m just doing business here as they offered to match prices on the tires.

I held off on getting an alignment for a while because most places quoted me between $240 and $300. After doing some research, about 82% of what I found pointed me toward Town Fair Tire for more reasonable pricing. I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours, and the price was a flat rate, which I appreciated. Marlon, the technician, was professional and informative. He didn’t try to upsell me. Instead, he explained my options, educated me about my car, and let me make decisions without pressure. The service was completed faster than expected, which was another plus. The only downside is that they primarily handle tire services, because based on this experience, I would gladly return for additional work. Overall, a great experience

Just finished getting my tires changed from the town fair in Hamden CT, The guys were amazing. Sweet. Patient and full of energy. They welcomed my wife and I and made us feel the most comfortable we’ve ever felt.

Walked in this morning to fix a flat tire and they were done in an hour and a half even though there a few other people ahead of me and I didn’t have an appointment. From initial contact via phone call he was extremely friendly and attentive, being sure to address all of my (many) questions. He was flexible when I needed to change my appointment time and when I was finally able to make it in he worked with me to find a reliable brand of tires that I was comfortable with, within budget. I (once again) had many questions, which he patiently addresses one by one, and his friendly demeanor along with the rest of the crew made the whole process imformative and enjoyable.
