Town Fair Tire

I had an appointment at Town Fair Tire in Marlborough, MA for two new front tires, an alignment, and to have my better tires moved to the back. The visit took four hours, which was already a lot, but the real concern came when I got to my car and saw that one of the rear tires was completely bald. I went back inside to ask about it since they told me they had moved the better tires to the rear. At first, the attendant insisted they had kept the better tire on the car. They brought out only one of the discarded tires and said the other was unusable. Even after showing me the one they threw out, he told me it was in just as bad condition as the one on my rear passenger side. Visited twice this week. Once for a simple tire rotation and once for an alignment. Both visits were simple and easy. Folks there were friendly and got me in and out. Facility is not pristine, but not so bad that you don't want to sit down or be in there (unlike Tire Warehouse in Clinton which is absolutely gross). Highly recommended

Great experience at Town Fair Tire in Marlboro, MA. Had a screw stuck in the rear tire of our Mercedes Benz G BRABUS that caused a slow leak. The guys took the G in quickly, were very careful with the vehicle, removed the wheel, installed a free patch/plug, reinstalled the wheel using correct torque and pressure specs, and recalibrated and balanced the wheel. Fast, friendly, respectful, and capable. You can trust your high-end vehicles here. Highly recommend! Chuck

I called on a Friday after 3 pm. The gentleman initially told me he could schedule me for Saturday morning. I thanked him for his help but told him I was hoping for something impossible today. He put me on for hold for a moment, came back and told me to come in and they took care of me today! five-star stars!

BEWARE! This location does improper alignments and balancing, which could damage your brand new tires. My car did not drive right after receiving four new tires. I brought it back and it was realigned and still not driving right. I took it to my Honda dealer and had to spend $280 because the wheel weight was incorrect for the balancing and the alignment was done incorrectly. I went back to town fair tire asked for a refund and only got back $94 because the manager was not available. I don’t have time to come back again and don’t trust the manager is actually going to call me but if he does, I will adjust my review accordingly. In addition to that, my two hour estimated wait time turned into almost 4 hours, despite having a valid appointment. From an atmosphere perspective, tires are st
