Mixed feelings great service until I was told to change the name on my invoice I forget to tell them before, it’s on me. overall great service, decent waiting area. Dylan and his supervisor Giovanny did great job.

This was my first time coming into the tire shop without my dad, and I was honestly a little nervous. But Misty helped me so much and made the whole experience so easy and comfortable. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood what was going on with my car. Such a sweetheart and truly amazing customer service. I really appreciate how kind and patient she was with me. Definitely recommend coming here!

Chayse is absolutely incredible. From the moment I walked in, he was respectful, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to answer my questions and clear up my confusion without rushing me, which made the entire experience stress-free. His knowledge and professionalism really stood out. Chayse is absolutely amazing, top notch! I’ve been to this store multiple times over the years, and Chayse is proof they finally got it right adding him to the team. Because of him, I’ll be sending everyone I know here for tires, alignments, and any other services. Exceptional customer service like this deserves to be recognized!

I think her name was Misty or Kristy; either way she was absolutely incredible. The best customer service I have ever had at town fair in Newington. She’s a natural and regional managers should take notice. She will make anywhere she works a better place for customers and work members. If more people and staff were like her this world would be a better place to live. Simply put she is exceptional and I would highly recommend they train her for administrative positions or sales.

Had a flat on a brand-new tire, but Town Fair Tire made the whole situation painless. They took care of getting me a replacement and honestly went above and beyond to help me out.
