Town Fair Tire

I'm really happy with Town Fair Tire in North Haven! Bought 4 tires back in July and the staff were super helpful in picking the right all-season tires for me. A few days ago I got a flat with a huge screw in it, but they fixed it for free under the lifetime guarantee. The waiting area's pretty small but ok - they show updates on TV and there's another screen with estimated times and progress. Waited about an hour and was good to go. Front desk folks were nice both times. Definitely coming back when I need new tires!

I have been shopping around for new wheels and tires for a while and I stopped in and spoke with Eli. He was extremely helpful and professional. He took all of my concerns and needs seriously. He was determined and dedicated to helping me with the perfect setup that I wanted. He went above and beyond to make this experience awesome. Matt was incredible! I don’t know much about cars and he talked me through everything he was going to do. He was very kind and extremely understanding! My car was fixed no problems in less than an hour and I felt more than safe leaving it with him. Please if you a young student ( or anyone) I would definitely trust this location to help you out!

When I need tire work done on any of my vehicles I always come to this Town Fair Tire, I live in Wallingford and even though there’s a Town Fair Tire in my own town I still take the ride to North Haven! Gennaro is the guy to see, every time I have been in he has helped, very accommodating and knowledgeable but most importantly he’s upfront, honest, and always gives you the best price. Service is good at this location and wait times are comparable to other locations. I highly recommend.
