Town Fair Tire

I recently went to Town Fair Tire and had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time, all thanks to Chris. From the moment I walked in, he was extremely welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. You can immediately tell when someone actually cares about their job and the customers they’re helping, and Chris definitely does. I originally came in needing help with my tires and an alignment, and Chris made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Instead of rushing through things or just trying to sell me something, he took the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I understood my options. Chris was very easy and nice to work with. Helped me get a new tire and explained everything included without trying to add in additional things I didn’t need or be sneaky. I went to another tire place and they gave me a price and when I questioned it the guy started back pedaling on “add ons”. Such a better experience with Chris who explained all that was covered without unnecessary additions. Town Fair has better pricing and way better customer service. Go see Chris, super nice guy!

Chris was great! I walked in with a flat tire and he immediately assessed the issue and scheduled me to have it fixed in a short period of time. He provided great quotes for tire replacement and explained all the advantages of each option. Highly recommend the services!
