I walked in, confirmed my appt and Jeff looked up my name, vehicle, and BAM! I was all set. Complete professionalism and courtesy. I was in and out no problem. 2nd time here and they ALWAYS come thru, no hassle.

The sales associate Jeff who helped me was great. He helped me pick the best tires for value and was upfront about the cost of my tires and recommended services and warranty. My car was done and ready really quick too. Def recommend if looking for the best bang for your buck.

This is the best Town Fair Tire location I have ever been too! If you see that low air pressure symbol on your dashboard- skip the dealership or mechanic and go straight here- Ask for Eric he knows tires and will get the job done efficiently! The waiting area is clean and comfortable and the hot coffee is always free and probably better than that Starbucks you dumped out because it got watered down. One last thing Eric is the best and I don’t say that lightly- because I’ve dealt with bad customer service before - but in this case Eric was better than the best -so in conclusion go to Town fair tire in Rumford, RI you will be glad you did.
