Town Fair Tire

The Seekonk location is a joke. Unprofessional workers. I bought my tires elsewhere because I got a better price on them and they couldn’t match the discount. They installed the tires WITH water in them which caused a horrible vibration. I went back to them and they rebalanced them again and put weights in the middle of the rim. Which is insane! There was still a vibration due to the water in the tire that they installed. I decided to call corporate because the Seekonk workers were not trustworthy and corporate made me an appointment at the Warwick location and they knew exactly what the issue was. The Seekonk location also scratched the hell out of the rims but the manager won’t do anything for it because “I didn’t buy the tires from them”.

I recently had new rims and tires installed on my Volkswagen Taos. Brandon at the Seekonk MA location was amazing throughout the entire process! He explained everything in detail so I knew what to expect, including the time it would take, which by the way was completed an hour or so faster than expected.

Time and time again the Seekonk Town Fair Tire team rises to the occasion. I came in Saturday with a snow tire changeover request and a tire losing air. Despite a hectic front counter with phones and customers buzzing, Taylor, Brandon, Shane, and Derick all handled their responsibilities perfectly. I’ve received nothing short of excellent service regardless of the circumstances each time I’ve come. Any business worth its salt is busy during peak seasons and Town Fair handles it well. They have me and my families cars for life. Thank you again Town Fair Team for giving grade A service year round!

The guys at Town Fair Tire in Seekonk provided me with excellent customer service. They were polite and friendly. They kept me updated while I waited for my car and explained the work being done in detail, which was helpful because I am not a "car person". The tires they installed feel secure and my car feels safe again. I had a very pleasant experience. An added bonus - they are located in a plaza with restaurants and stores so I had lots to do while I waited.

We came in last minute after hitting a pothole that popped our tire right before arriving. Brandon was incredibly helpful and walked us through the replacement options, making sure we chose the right tire. He also clearly explained the tire insurance policy, which we ended up adding. Even though they had back-to-back appointments, we arrived around 9:30 AM and our tire was replaced within about an hour. Great service and a really smooth experience during a stressful situation. Highly recommend this location!
