Steven and the Paul A service tech were very helpful locating my issue with the rim of my tire. I’ll be back for service for sure! It was only 13.77 to take a look at my tire, great price, great service

David at Town Fair Tire just helped me out by quickly tightening the valve core on both my front tires (I didn’t even know that’s what they were called, or that there was even a tool for tightening them) and he educated me on how to easily fix this problem in the future if my tires aren’t taking air. He kindly filled my two front tires and didn’t even charge me for it, as this was all done in 3 minutes or less. I am super grateful and he just made my weekend during this super cold day! All staff members I interacted with in such a short time were super nice, and they took me right away. Definitely give them a chance with your car troubles! THANK YOU David!

Recently had four tires replaced and aligned and was very happy with the service I received. Everyone was super helpful and informative throughout the process. The whole process was painless and I would definitely use Town Fair Tire and specifically the Southington branch again.

Cameron was amazing! There was an issue with one of my tires and the initial thought was an issue with the alignment. Cameron took the time to print out the receipts with the dates of all my alignments and tire rotations to find or confirm the root cause. Once that cleared out, I was told I needed to buy a new tire which it would have been very pricey, but he noticed that I had the tire protection (I completely forgot I paid for that) and that ended up saving me $250+. I truly appreciate his patience and honesty!
