Town Fair Tire

We brought in our car this week for a flat tire, and we are very happy with the service we received. Miguel did a great job. He was very communicative, very helpful, and got us through the process smoothly, with a new tire that is working great. We had dropped off the car overnight, and first thing in the morning Miguel contacted us with options for our new tire. Our car was taken right in for service and was ready very quickly. We got the lifetime warranty, which is a really nice option to have. Thank you!

I called to make an appointment and was able to schedule the service within 24 hours. When I arrived, Luis greeted me with a smile, found my appointment and confirmed the service is free of charge. Luis immediately arranged to take the car into the garage and I was able to take a comfortable seating area with in their waiting area, equipped with TV’s. Within a short period of time, my car was ready and everyone was so professional and friendly. Mark was the one who helped me, and he was absolutely amazing—very kind, patient, and professional. He walked me through the whole process without any issues, and when I asked for additional information, he was right on it and provided everything immediately. Miguel and the entire team at Town Fair Tire in Stamford were fantastic! I came in needing my tire patched after finding a nail in it, right ahead of a big snowstorm when they were extremely busy. Despite that, they were incredibly kind and professional, clearly explaining that it might take a little longer than usual but reassuring me they’d get it done as quickly as possible. They absolutely overdelivered—the service was completed in under an hour from my scheduled appointment. Exceptional service and customer care. Highly recommend!
